Return policy

  1. Cancellation

We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

  1. Returns

We offer a "no-hassle" return policy. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The product that has been used is not refundable and cannot be exchanged.

We're sorry that we are unable to cover the return shipping costs. Shipping back expenses will not be refunded unless an error occurs on our part in the shipment of your order.

  1. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.

  1. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at harryooshop@gmail.com.

How to Make Your Return:

  • In order to receive your refund, please email harryooshop@gmail.com with details of the reason for your return.
  • Attach a picture and/or video of the product you wish to return to support your reason.   Please attach multiple photos of the package you received so that we can resolve the request more quickly.
  • Upon receipt of your request, we will begin processing it and keep you updated.   Once your return request has been confirmed, please send the package to our return center and we will provide an address upon your request.
  • Please send the package to our return center with the tracking number and a link.   We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • You will be responsible for shipping the return.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we do not pay customs fees for returns.
  • If the item (s) is still in transit, we cannot offer any refund until the item arrives in our possession.

Note:

  • Before placing your order, make sure that all the information you provide is correct to ensure that your package reaches you in a timely manner and does not get lost in transit.
  • Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging.   Customers will not be able to get a refund for used or damaged products. We reserve the right to refuse to return any items we have used.
  • Please fill in the correct address carefully, otherwise, the package may not be delivered.   If you think you have entered the wrong address, you need to contact us immediately so that we can correct it.
  • Do not return the package to the original address. Please email to us and we will give you the address of the return center.
