Shipping policy
1. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders will be processed immediately and may take up to 3 business days for quality assurance checks, customs and longer than usual. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. During holidays, processing times may be extended.
2. How long will it take me to receive my item?
This refers to the time it takes for goods to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. Shipping orders usually take 5-14 business days.
3. How much do you charge for shipping?
Harryoo offers FREE shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $6.98.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, it is possible, but not guaranteed to be successful. Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of ordering. Please email us within 2 hours to let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellations if the orders have already begun shipping.
5. Will I receive the tracking number?
Yes, when your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the contact information on your order.
6. I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email. What’s going on?
Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. Please check your spam folder to see if your confirmation email has been sent there. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email harryooshop@gmail.com
7. Can I change my order or delivery address?
We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If you need to change your order, please contact us at harryooshop@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your change request.
But we can't make any promises. If your purchase has already been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to modify the order.
However, you can return the item to our return office and we will swap it with the correct item.
8.I have a question that is not answered in this FAQ. How can I contact you?

Additional Scheduling and Delivery information
Your order should usually be dispatched within 72 hours of placing it, unless it is on a weekend or public holiday. If this is the case, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
By placing an order, you are responsible for original shipping costs (unless it is free shipping), and all applicable customs and duty import charges.
Expected delivery times are usually faster in metropolitan areas than in rural or remote areas. Please note that delivery time may be delayed during the peak holiday season. Once your order has been sent out, we will send you an email update about its progress and let you know when to expect it. If you live in a remote area, your package may be forwarded to a local Courier company. This will show up on your tracking as a delivery event.
Please also note that in rare cases, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. We cannot be responsible for this situation, as the release of the package is entirely at the sole discretion of customs officials. If in this case, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time as circumstances may arise beyond our control. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to make you a happy customer:) We do appreciate your business!
